85 foot waterfall located about a 30 minute drive from downtown Manuel Antonio, in the lush rain forest mountains is an extreme adventure. Professional guides lead you up the face of the waterfall and then repel you down. Canyoning in Manuel Antonio is the ideal tour for the adventure traveler. There is also a lot to see in the jungle, such as exotic flora and fauna. You never know what you'll come across!

Tour times: 7AM or at 12 PM and lasts about 4 hours door to door. Controlled by certified guides and only the best and safest climbing equipment is used. The minimum age 8 years old, adults of all shapes and ages can do it, and no previous climbing experience is needed. Keep in mind that you will get soaking wet on this tour, but that makes it even more fun!

The White Water Rafting here is another one of our favorite activities as it takes place amongst some of the most spectacular scenery here.  Floating down the river between the exciting Rapids is amazing.  A Full day on the Sevegre or Naranjo Rivers.  Class I,II,III, IV rapids.  Tours begin at 7:30 pick up at your hotel or villa and all tours include transfers, breakfast and lunch
